I Should Be Writing Christmas Cards

But I know that they will not get done. I'm slowly gathering a large collection of cards that will never be sent. I did one - to Suzy. It's sitting in the envelope stamped and everything - maybe it will get to a post box. I could have mailed it today when I went to the bank@post to do my banking (yes - we use the virtual bank Ing - so we have to go the post office to deposit checks - interesting)



Right now, I've been going through all the pictures that Ellis made in Photobooth - a program on the Mac. He discovered this program one day when he was poking buttons and it can keep him entertained for quite a while. He has made 250 movies and pictures of himself in various poses and backgrounds. The amazing thing is, no one showed him how to use this program. He found it and just started testing things. One thing Cyp and I worry about is that he is not a curious child (or at least we didn't think he was curious) - the outside world, animals, other people do not interest him, but get him near an iphone or a computer and he finds all sorts of things. I guess I should let him play around with the computer when I'm not using it. You can check out a small selection of movies he made on flickr.
