Last Sunday in Kangaroo Point

So we decided to do our usual Kangaroo Cliffs walk to the waterpark. It was supposed to rain today but sadly did not. It was super hot again, though there was a breeze this afternoon. Today Ellis decided he wanted to check out the steps that went up the cliff. He took his water cup just in case. We only went halfway. We got midway, he saw the long windy path up the rest of the way and said:

"let's go back now"

"don't you want to see what it looks like at the top?"

"nah."

Could be because he picked out his long corduroy pants. So we continued on - got stopped by a German couple who wanted to compare our stroller to theirs (they have a Phil and Ted Vibe). Ours steers much better apparently. They offered to let us take their kids for a stroll, but we were like - nah, we trust you, ours is better.

Water park was a zoo - but Ellis is fairly trustworthy now in his waterwings. Cyp watched Ellis and I carted Rowan around from place to place. Rowan is the untrustworthy one now - he immediately crawls for deep water. I am tempted to see if he'll float, but I'm pretty sure he won't. It's tempting though. He is all pud.

At dinner Cyp wondered if our pet lizard was dead. He doesn't look too good hanging where he is and he hasn't moved for a while, but I when I went to take a picture he blinked.

There is lots of food for him between Rowan and the mozzies.

Tomorrow I think Ellis and I are going to go test out Ellis's new daycare.
