I Guess He Wasn't Faking

So Ellis was kinda mopey when he woke up on Friday but he'd been running around like a maniac the day before - playing Wii, swimming - eating. So I figured he was faking when he said: "I don't feel well, I don't wanna go to school."
Cyp was all set to go off to work on his bike but then Ellis started bouncing around so I said: "he's going to school - he's fine - probably just tired and he will get more rest at school as at least he naps there."
So off we set. When we got to Uni, Cyp took off and I got Rowan and Ellis out of the car and we walked slowly to the gate. At the gate, I said to Ellis - "pull" but he must have heard "puke" as he proceeded to barf all over the gate (fortunately, he missed himself and me). Just then one of the staff came through the gate.
"ah - Ellis is sick - we are going home now - sorry about the barf all over the gate." Boy - did I feel like a rotten mom trying to pawn her sick kid off on a bunch of unsuspecting preschoolers. But, really - I did think he was over the barfs and was just tired. Thankfully it poured rain just after we left. I'm pretty sure it would have washed the barf away.
We drove home and I plugged Ellis into the TV which he was basically in front of for the rest of the day. At one point he turned it off and moaned - "i've had too much TV." No kidding.
We went back and got Cyp at the end of the day.
