It was departure day for G & G so of course Ellis decided to sleep in this morning. I don't think he wanted them to go so he must have been pretending. Of course, we had to wake him up and he protested mightily as he was being strapped into his carseat. He wasn't going to eat any breakfast until we got to the airport.
The drive was uneventful and I got to see the International Terminal, which is a fair bit nicer than the domestic one. Ellis conned a going away gift from G. Doreen (you can see him sporting it on his back). G & G had their last flat white and then it was time for them to go through security. Ellis refused to hug them and was generally a rat - I think he was pretty darn sad - you can see him staring forlornly on as they disappear down the escalator.
We drove home and didn't do much. Ellis is now counting the days till G. Anita gets here.
