Ellis had school on Friday - it being the closest day to Valentines Day, they had Valentines events. This is good, as I generally suck at these types of things. I guess I have a couple of years left before I have to start being better as I was talking to Pat and Gaby on chat and Gaby was in the process of making Valentines day cards for her kids to take to school. Yah - I should enjoy my freedom now instead of feeling guilty about not being supermom.
So, there is nothing to report from Friday - Rowan and I hung out, blogged and went for a swim. We hit the liquor store and grocery store on our way to get Cyp and Ellis (the highlight of our day - Rowan now gets excited when he sees a shopping cart). Ellis had a good day at school. They made candy - coconut ice? Whatever it was, it was very sweet. He loved it - you can tell from the pictures. I must say, he likes cooking and making food type things. He's been having a great time with his playdough that we made. He rolls it out and makes other types of food with it - mostly pancakes. He also made us a Love Card. I laughed when I heard that - "hey hey mummy - I made you and daddy a love card."
